How to add a Gap
You can add a gap two ways, Blue Circle and Diary Tap as shown below:
First option Blue Circle "+":
You can add a Gap from tapping the "+" icon in the blue circle. This appears on all screens within the app and populates the following menu when tapped.
From here tap the "Gap" option. This will open the Gap screen, tap the Advanced Options to add additional information.
Here you can set all settings Start time, Duration, Gearbox, Repeat, Locations.
You can also send this directly to all Active Pupils/Waiting List/ Active & Waiting List/ New Pupils/ Active & New Pupils.
The second option Diary tap:
Tap on a free slot within the Diary Day view.
At the top, tap the Gap option. You can now add:
- The date
- The time
- The duration
- The Gearbox
if you then tap "Advanced Options" you can add the Gap as a repeat, the location that your students will be able to see the Gap Lesson will be available and the option to Send the notification to your Active Pupils.
Tap "Save" to complete the Gap.
