Lesson Management

To access this via the app, log in to your app and navigate to the menu icon located at the top left of the app “≡”, Next go to Options.

Here you can set the duration in hours for your default lessons, change the gearbox between Automatic and Manual, change display colours for the diary and display labels for Paid and Unpaid Lessons.

Notifications

You can set notifications for lesson changes and can either opt to “yes, notify the pupil” or alternatively “No, don’t notify the pupil”.


Lesson reminders can be sent 24 Hours / 48 Hours / 72 Hours before the lesson.


Pay Reminders can be set either 1 Day / 2 Days / 3 Days before the lesson and you can set a custom message for payments. 

Diary Hours

Under the Diary Hours Menu, you can set your working hours which will display your availability to pupils, these need to be set in 24H time format.

Profile

From the Profile menu you can set the following criteria:

  • Driving School Name
  • Organisations country
  • Contact Mobile Number
  • Tax Year Start Day/Month
  • Reset your password
