If your pupil forgets their password or has trouble logging in, you can reset it for them directly from the Instructor App.
Steps to Change a Pupil’s Password
Tap the person icon at the bottom of your screen to open the Pupils section.
Find and select the pupil whose password needs updating.
Swipe across the tabs at the top and tap “Profile.”
In the middle of the screen, tap “Set Password.”
Enter a new password for the pupil.
Tap Submit to save the new password.
Share the Details
Make a note of the updated password and send it to the pupil directly, for example via Text message, WhatsApp, Email, or verbally during a lesson.
Let them know they’ll need to log in using:
The PIN
Their phone number as the username
The new password you just set
