Log into the App with your Pin then username and password.
Go to the second icon on the lower navigation pane showing a person, locate the pupil and click the ">" next to their name.
Navigate across the top menu to Profile, you will then see Reset Password under the gear icon.
The following screen is then displayed, type the password you wish to reset to and tap "Submit".
