1. Log into the App with your Pin then username and password.
2. Once you have logged in, go to the Pupil icon located on the bottom navigation panel.
3. Tap on the "Import" button located at the top left of the screen.
4. You will receive a prompt that you need to allow permission to access your Contact List. Follow the instructions for your device.
5. If you're using an iPhone, this is the setting you need to allow for permission.
Once enabled, you will be able to tap "Import" and select multiple or single contacts. This is similar to creating a New Pupil but some information will be prefilled from the import you've just completed.
6. You can either scroll for the Contact in your phone alphabetically or you can use the search function to filter contact names.
Once you have located the contact, tap the name and this will import the data into the App.
7. Make sure "Send App Invite from My Phone" is selected, add the Pupil to Waiting List so that you can move them into Active Pupils after.
8. Tap "Advanced Options" for additional information for the Pupil's address.
9. Lastly tap save and the import is now complete. When you view your Pupils you will see the imported Contact now visible in the Pupil screen.
