Steps to Send an App Invite
1. Navigate to the Pupils Section
From the home screen, tap the person icon on the bottom navigation bar to access your Pupils list.
2. Select the Pupil
Find and tap on the pupil you want to invite to the app.
3. Access Their Profile
Scroll across the tabs at the top of the screen and tap "Profile."
4. Locate the App Invite Option
In the middle section, under "App Access," tap "App Invite."
5. Check the Mobile Number
Before sending, make sure the pupil's mobile number is correctly formatted:
Starts with a 0 (e.g.,
07123 456789)Contains no spaces (e.g.,
07123456789)
Tip: Double-check the number is correct—this is where the invite will be sent!
6. Confirm and Send
A pop-up will appear to confirm your action. Tap "Yes" to continue.
Your device's default text messaging app will open automatically with the invite link pre-loaded.
Important: Use your SMS/Text Message app to send the link (not WhatsApp, email, or other messaging platforms).
What Happens Next
Once sent, your pupil will receive a text message containing their unique app invite link. They can tap the link to download the app and set up their account.
