Payments
Tap payments which will take you to Adyen setup, tap "Setup Payment Account" to begin.
Make sure "Take Payments" is On. You can set the slider on the Service Fee as a percentage that either the Pupil pays or the Instructor.
You will need to fill out the Account fields below, once these are filled in, tap "Manage Account", this will open the following screen.
You will need to setup the Payout details next, this will allow you to connect your account, you will need to complete the three steps, this will include your Account Number and Sort Code and supporting evidence you will need to upload e.g. a Bank Statement.
Once this has been completed both sections will display with a green tick, you can now accept payments.
Adding Categories
You will need to add a category so you can create products that your Pupils can purchase. You can either edit the default categories, or create a new one by tapping the "+".
Name the Category and if you want it to show, tap Save.
Adding Products
Now you've got a category, you can now add products that your Pupils can purchase.
Tap "Products", you will see the Categories available, tap the "+" Icon to create a new product.
Set the product Title, the Duration, Price and assign to a Category, make sure to check the Gearbox is set correctly for the Lesson you will be offering. When complete tap "Save".
You can create multiple products for the categories, for the image below offering a "Block Package" making sure the price is correct and the hours the product relates to. Tap "Save" when finished.
You can tap the expand icon which will allow you to see the options under a category.
Tapping expand again will allow you the ability to Edit or Delete a Product.
