Resources

The Resources section provides quick access to essential DVSA and government services directly through the Total Drive app.

Accessing Resources

  • Tap the cog icon (⚙️) on the lower navigation pane to open Settings.

  • Tap "Resources" to view the available options.


Available Services

From here, you have access to three key services:

Book Theory Test

  • Tapping this option will open the DVSA website through the app, allowing you to book a theory test for yourself or a pupil.

Book Driving Test

  • Tapping this option will open the DVSA website through the app, allowing you to book a practical driving test.

MOT Check

  • Tapping this option will open the Gov.uk website through the app.

  • You can check a vehicle's full MOT history, including:

    • Past MOT results

    • Mileage readings

    • Advisory notes

    • Safety recalls


Adding Resources

Tip: Having these resources available within the app saves you time and keeps everything in one place—no need to search for external websites or remember multiple logins.
