Can't locate data from several months ago?
When using Total Drive on the app, you may find that looking historically you can't find information from several months ago or last year, this is due to the app only keeping information for 6 months. The reason for this is any longer and it potentially makes the app sluggish and slower to load.
E.g. below:
21/11/2023 looking for information back in May 2023, lessons were entered 22nd/24th May, the system is only able to recall the 24th May.
The information on your account will still be available, however you will need to login to the Web Admin www.totaldrive.app which will allow you to locate information stored longer than 6 months.
