Your instructor will have preset lesson fees that you can select to pay for, this will add the credit to your profile, e.g. your instructor charges £35 per hour and lessons are typically 2 hours long, you would see the ability to purchase a lesson for £70.00 which will credit your profile with a 2 hour lesson that your instructor can book for you.
If you navigate to the payment section of the app located on the lower navigation pane you can see the lesson options available to you. If you tap the "Buy Now" button, this will take you through the pay process to purchase that option.
By tapping the Payments tab, you can see your past purchases you have made.
