Understanding the Clash Notification
When a lesson clash occurs, a white Triangle with an exclamation mark will appear at the top of your Diary screen. This is your alert that two or more lessons are scheduled at the same time.

Viewing Clash Details
Tap on the white triangle at the top of the Diary.
The system will display:
The date of the clash.
The pupils involved.
Their lesson types (for example, Automatic, Manual, or Test).
Review the information to decide which lesson you wish to move.

Choosing Which Lesson to Change
Tap on the lesson you wish to change (the one you want to reschedule).
Editing the Lesson Date
Tapping on the lesson will take you to the Pupil's Summary screen.
Tap the Edit button to modify the lesson details.

Change the date or time of the lesson to a new time that no longer clashes with the other booking.
Once you have selected the new date, tap the tick icon to save your changes.

You will notice now that the lesson clash has been resolved, the icon has disappeared and the lesson has been moved successfully.
