Log in to your Total Drive Web Admin and click on Settings in the top right-hand corner.
Select the Reminders tab.
Under the SMS Reminders section, you’ll see two available options:
Next Lesson Reminder
Outstanding Payments Reminder
Note: SMS reminders require a text bundle to function. More information about purchasing and managing text bundles can be found here.
To enable a reminder, toggle the switch on.
Use the dropdown menus to set how far in advance the reminders are sent:
Options include 24 hours, 48 hours, or 72 hours before the event.
You can also customise the message that is sent out for each reminder. Simply edit the text field to reflect your preferred wording.
Once you’re happy with your settings, scroll down and click Save to apply your changes.
