To  add a refund that may have been missed a few weeks back, log into your web admin www.web.totaldrive.app


Go to Learners >> Active Pupils.



Select the Pupil from the list, if there are multiple Instructors, you will need to select the Instructor name first located at the top right above the table before selecting the Pupil.



Go to Payments >> "+" >> Add Payment"



Select the date the refund needs to be dated back to, type the Fee, Duration in hours, Status needs to be changed to "Refund" and the Method can be set too, click "Add" and this will report the refund against the specific Instructor.



Refunds are shown on the pupil payment screen in red to quickly differentiate between income.
