From the Web Admin, go to "Lesson Gaps", click the blue button to add a gap - note if there are multiple instructors on the app and you are the admin, the instructor and gearbox can be selected from the top right of the screen.
The following fields can be set for the gap:
- Date
- Start Time
- Gearbox
- Instructor
- Duration (mins)
- Duration (hrs)
- Repeat
- Location
You do also have the option to Send the notification out to your pupils or add the gap without notifying anyone.
