If you enter your pin and are unable to remember your password and need to request a password reset, follow the steps below. From the welcome screen, enter your 4 digit pin and tap continue.
Next tap the "Forgot your password" link below the Login button.
Enter your mobile number and then tap "Submit". You should then receive a text message with your reset password.
