Forgot Your Password? Reset It Here
If you’ve entered your PIN but can’t remember your password, you can easily request a password reset by following the steps below.
Step 1:
From the welcome screen, enter your 4-digit PIN and tap Continue.
Step 2:
On the login screen, tap the "Forgot your password?" link located just below the Login button.
Step 3:
Enter your mobile phone number and tap Submit.
Step 4:
You will receive a text message with a temporary reset password. Use this to log in, then update your password as needed. It is essential that you keep your phone number up to date, as the text will only be sent if it agrees with the number we have on file for you
