You can reset your pupils password's also via the Web Admin www.web.totaldrive.app
Once you have logged on, navigate to Learners >> Pupils. Next select the pupil you wish to reset the password for.
When you have opened the selected pupils record, click on the Profile option, then on the right, click the drop down menu and select "Reset Password".
A popup will appear with a password reset box for that pupil, once you have reset the password manually, ensure you click "Save" at the bottom.
