Log in to your Total Drive Web Admin and click on Settings on the right-hand side, and select Diary Options from the list.


Adjusting Your Diary Location


At the top of this section, you can set your default diary location, which determines the area linked to your bookings.



You can edit these by selecting the action option, and you can also add additional locations by clicking the blue and white plus symbol.


Customising Lesson Types & Colours

  1. Click on the Lesson Types heading.
  2. Here, you can view and manage the different types of lessons in your diary, such as:
    • Standard lessons
    • Driving tests
    • Mock tests
  3. For each lesson type, you can:
    • Change the colour for clear visual differentiation (e.g. delivered vs. booked)
    • Edit or delete lesson types as needed


Setting Your Working Hours

  1. Under the Working Hours section, input the days and times you’re available to take lessons.
  2. You can also select how your diary appears:
    • Day view
    • 5-day view
    • Week view
    • Month view

Within this section, you also have some additional diary settings:

  • Choose whether cancelled lessons are visible in your diary view.
  • Adjust the default start time of your diary day to reflect when your first lessons typically begin.
