Log in to your Total Drive account via the Web Admin and click on Tools in the top-right corner, then select Enquiry Manager from the dropdown.



You’ll now see two tabs:

  • Enquiry Manager
  • Editable Enquiry Form


Configure Your Settings

Under the Enquiry Manager tab, you can customise the information used to receive and respond to enquiries.

Fill in the following details:

  • Gearbox type (e.g. Manual, Automatic)
  • Message – this will be sent as an automatic response to enquiries
  • Email address – where notifications will be sent (to yourself)
  • Phone number – to receive SMS alerts, if enabled

After entering your details, click Save to apply the settings.


Note: Credit is required to receive SMS notification alerts of new enquiries. To find out more, please click here.


Customise the Enquiry Form

Switch to the Editable Enquiry Form tab. Here, you can:

  • Choose which fields appear on your enquiry form (e.g. name, email, postcode)
  • Enable or disable specific inputs based on the information you want to collect

Once you’ve made any changes, scroll down and click Save.


Test the Enquiry Form

To preview the form and check it's working:

  1. Click on the Enquiry Widget button.
  2. Fill in the form as if you were a new pupil.
  3. Submit the form – you should receive a notification via your chosen method (email and/or phone).

This preview also gives you a first-hand look at what your pupils will see when submitting an enquiry.
