Step 2 – Complete the Required Details

Please fill in the following information so we can process your request:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • PIN

  • Reason for cancelling

You also have the option to leave additional feedback to let us know why you’re leaving or how we could improve our service.


Step 3 – Verify and Submit

To submit your request:

  1. Complete the CAPTCHA verification at the bottom of the form to confirm you are not a robot.

  2. Click Submit.

Once submitted, our team will process your cancellation request and confirm it with you.
