If you need to reset your password for the Total Drive Web Admin, there are two simple ways to do it, depending on whether you’re logged in or not.
Option 1: Reset Your Password from the Login Page
Go to the Web Admin login page or access it via the ‘Log In’ button on the Total Drive website.
Enter your PIN number.
When the next screen loads, click ‘Reset your password’.
Enter the mobile number associated with your account, then press Send.
You’ll receive a new password via text.
Option 2: Reset Your Password Inside the Web Admin
If you’re already logged in:
Click the Profile icon.
Scroll to the section titled Reset Password.
Enter your new password.
Click Save to apply the changes.
