If you're leaving a driving school or joining a new one, we can help transfer your data to your new account. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth transition.
Get Permission from the Driving School
Before any transfer can happen, we need written confirmation from your current driving school.
- Please ask your driving school to email us at support@totaldrive.co.uk confirming they’re happy for your data to be moved.
Note: If you are moving from your own account to a new school, please let us know you are happy to transfer the information over and ask the driving school to set up a profile for you.
Start a New Trial
Visit www.totaldrive.co.uk and sign up for a new account.
Note: You can skip this step if you are moving to a new school.
Set Up Your Subscription
Once your new account is created:
- Log in to your new Total Drive account in the web admin
- Go to Tools > Billing
- Set up a paid subscription

Request Your Data Transfer
Once your subscription is active, email us at support@totaldrive.co.uk and request that your account be moved. Please include the following in your email:
"Please move my account from PIN [old PIN] to PIN [new PIN]."
After the Transfer
We are able to transfer everything, except progress tracking for each pupil, which cannot be transferred. Once the move is complete:
- Manually re-enter pupil progress into your new account.
- Send new app invites to each pupil from your new PIN.
