If you've been asked to upload a bank statement for verification purposes, here’s how to do it via the Web Admin:
Log into the Total Drive Web Admin.
Navigate to the Tools tab.
Click on Book & Pay.
Under the Account Management section, click the blue button labelled ‘Manage Account’.
This will open a new tab linking you to Adyen, our secure payment provider.
In the Adyen portal, you can delete the previous bank statement and upload your most recent one.
Why is this required?
Occasionally, you may receive a text or email from Adyen requesting a bank statement. This is a routine part of their anti-fraud verification checks to ensure secure payments and account validation.
Verification Time?
Once uploaded, verification can take up to 48 hours, so please allow time for the process to complete.
