If you see this error message when trying to add a pupil, it means a pupil with that mobile number already exists somewhere in your account. Here's how to resolve it:


Check all pupil lists

The pupil might be stored in a different section. Check the following tabs:

  • Inactive
  • Waiting
  • Enquiries
  • Passed

If you find the pupil:

  • You can either move them to the Active list, or
  • Delete them if they’re no longer needed.


Note: If you are part of a driving school and not an admin, your view might be limited. You may not be able to see all pupil statuses or take action. Ask your admin instructor to check or update the pupil’s details for you.
