If your diary entries are only displaying "Paid" or "Unpaid" and not showing pupil information, this is likely due to the diary colour settings. Here's how to fix it:
On the Web Admin:
- Log in to the Web Admin.
- Go to Settings.
- Click on Diary Options.
- Look for the section labelled lesson types.
- If any colours are set to Default (without a physical colour attached), change them to a specific colour.
- Click Save.
- Refresh the page and check your diary.
On the App:
- Tap the cog icon.
- From the tabs at the top, select Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Diary Colours and Types.
- If any colours are set to Default (without a physical colour attached), tap edit and select a different colour.
- Press save.
- Close and reopen the app and check your diary.
