If your diary entries are only displaying "Paid" or "Unpaid" and not showing pupil information, this is likely due to the diary colour settings. Here's how to fix it:


On the Web Admin:

  1. Log in to the Web Admin.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Click on Diary Options.
  4. Look for the section labelled lesson types.
  5. If any colours are set to Default (without a physical colour attached), change them to a specific colour.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Refresh the page and check your diary.

On the App:

  1. Tap the cog icon.
  2. From the tabs at the top, select Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap Diary Colours and Types.
  4. If any colours are set to Default (without a physical colour attached), tap edit and select a different colour.
  5. Press save.
  6. Close and reopen the app and check your diary.
