In addition to the app, you can manage Gaps Plus directly through the Web Admin. This allows you to create new gaps, assign or update prices, and edit existing ones—all from your desktop browser. Please note that you would need to be on the Ultimate or Elite package ti use Gaps Plus

Click on Gaps on the top line
Click on Gaps Plus
Go through each option to set to what will work for you
How to Add a New Gap
1. Log in and navigate
Log in to the Web Admin with your account credentials. https://web.totaldrive.app/login
From the top menu, click on Gaps.
2. Create the gap
Press the blue and white plus (+) button to create a new gap.
3. Enter details and save
Fill in all required information, including date, time, and duration.
Assign a price for the gap.
Click Add Gap to save your changes.
The new gap will now be available for pupils to book, subject to your Gaps Plus settings.
How to Edit an Existing Gap
1. Find the gap
In the Gaps list, locate the gap you want to modify.
2. Open the edit options
Go to the Action tab at the end of the row.
Click the dropdown arrow and select Edit.
3. Update and save
Amend the details as needed—including updating or changing the price.
Click Save Gap to apply your changes.
Your gap will now be updated with the correct settings and price.
