Start by logging into the Web Admin


In the top right-hand corner of the dashboard, click your profile icon.



Along the top of the screen, click on the ‘Notifications’ tab to access reminder settings.


In this section, you’ll find several options as shown below:



Lesson Reminders 


To set up lesson reminders, choose how many days in advance the reminder should be sent—1, 2, or 3 days before the lesson. You can also personalise the reminder message that your pupils will receive. Please press save after making any changes.


Payment Reminders


To set up payment reminders, select when you'd like the reminder to be sent and customise the message. Please press save after making any changes. 


Lesson Changes


Enable this option if you’d like pupils to automatically receive notifications when a lesson is changed, cancelled, or rescheduled.


Customise Other Messages


You can also personalise various other automated messages within the system, such as a message when a pupil passes their theory test.
